They are very good at documenting items that need monitoring so that they will be followed up at the next service. That way, when your car is serviced next, it won't be a surprise when they ask for your authorization to fix it, and I won't get suspicious that they are trying to upsell me on unnecessary work. This past service included rear brake replacement. When I picked up my car, the parking braking throw had way too much give. The shop asked me to bring it in the next day and they fixed it without charge, plus lent me their loaner car at no charge (I had paid for the loaner in the original service). This is exceptional customer service. Plus Albert was most cordial and service-oriented.
Great job in repairing my 2006 Porsche Cayenne! Since my car is getting up in age, it needs a lot of expensive maintenance! I really love my car and if it ever needs major expensive repairs in the future, I might have to get a new car! Hope this recent repairs will last me for a long time! 😃

Albert and his team are great! Diagnosed the problem on my F150 and fixed the issues quickly. As vehicle was going to be staying overnight, Albert offered me a loaner vehicle so I wouldn’t be without wheels. Great job! Highly recommend 4 Car Garage!😊👍🏻😎

I have been bringing my 20-year-old Civic to 4-car garage for servicing for many years now. I have been pleased with both the mechanical work and the front desk management by Albert and Jennifer that have allowed my ancient car to run so amazingly well and smoothly. my Civic is happy too. It refuses to act its age. They keep me informed as various seals andgaskets begin to malfunction so I can repair them in a timely fashion. With my latest visit They recommended that the that therearwheel cylinders bereplacedas they were beginningtoleak at brake fluid at ate that was not safe They recommendedthistime that the rear wheel cylinders

I brought my 2007 xc70 Volvo to Four Car Garage and would definitely recommend them. Few mechanics work on this model and I was so relieved to find somewhere that does! They’re honest, reliable, responsive, and the staff is great. I had some major repairs done recently and will be returning in the future. I so appreciate that I was given a very(!) reasonably priced loaner car.
