They are very good at documenting items that need monitoring so that they will be followed up at the next service. That way, when your car is serviced next, it won't be a surprise when they ask for your authorization to fix it, and I won't get suspicious that they are trying to upsell me on unnecessary work. This past service included rear brake replacement. When I picked up my car, the parking braking throw had way too much give. The shop asked me to bring it in the next day and they fixed it without charge, plus lent me their loaner car at no charge (I had paid for the loaner in the original service). This is exceptional customer service. Plus Albert was most cordial and service-oriented.
