Called around to fix a broken windshield wiper motor and FourCar had the best estimate, the most upbeat and personable phone manner (Jennifer and Albert) so I biked with them. Ironically they had my 2 old cars I no longer own noted having been in for service and made me think I’ve been there before. I bring the car in, never been there, they provide written estimate and I leave. Less than an hour later Albert lets me know all done, a bolt to a windshield arm came loose, they retightened it, checked functionality buttoned up the cowl and done. They also gave me new customer discount. Apparently they purchased the customer list of a previous shop and the reason my cars were on file. Will be back when I need service again. I suggested they change their name from 4 car to 4 star!
