As always the work on my car was done as expeditiously as possible. Considering the challenge of keeping a business up and running Four Car Garage more than met my expectation and needs in these trying times.

My car was overdue for its regular maintenance check and your recent e-mail about the safety, no-contact precautions you are taking along with your offer of free pick-up/delivery AND a 10% discount was all I needed to make an appointment for yesterday. Everything was as you described: no contact pick-up/delivery, wiping down of the interior, to arriving wearing gloves, mask with alcohol swipes in hand was absolutely perfect. To be able to continue with things like routine maintenance checks during a time such as this is truly remarkable. You go above and beyond "the call of duty" in regular times; now your service is truly off the charts. I hope the entire group of folks at Four Car Garage remain healthy and that you will all be serving the community for many years to come. Good Family Owned Business for many years in Burlingame. Recently moved to this location in the last 2 years taking over for PK Automotive (Fred and Sherry retired). Jennifer is very courteous, professional and responsive with her Tech team. Gives you the straight story and will tell you what recommendations should be done on a case by case basis. My particular experience with them over the past 2 years has involved my commuter car 1999 BMW 323i. Mostly oil changes, a brake job, filter change outs ....keeping the car running... I appreciated that. Definitely valued the relationship and supporting a strong Local Business and will look to bring business back to them soon. Strongly recommend if you have a vehicle that is beyond your extended warranty and need a good place to do general maintenance. They work on all brands.

They do great work. My service was completed in one day. Loaner cars are big plus.

The personnel at Four Car Garage were awesome. They check my vehicle, found the problem and called around to locate a replacement part. All in a matter of 45 minutes. Great group. Looking forward to a long relationship.
