They did a B5 service on my 2015 Mercedes GLK 350, quoted me a fair price and then called when they discovered a couple of additional needs. The price was right -- they even gave me the 10 percent discount from a promotion even though I didn't have a coupon. They said the car would be done by 4 p.m. and called right then to say it was done. Bravo!
